It’s very quiet and peaceful and not far from the start of the walk to Torre Piccada. The private swimming pool and available free parking both inside and outside the premises are added bonuses. Andrea and Frank met us on arrival and showed us around. They were easy to contact, friendly and very responsive . The apartment is very comfortable. It was extremely hot in Mallorca and the AC was a godsend. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. I would definitely want to stay here again.

There was nothing to fault, would highly recommend and return. The location isn't remote from the town but if your mobility isn't great, you'd possibly consider something slightly closer. For us, that wasn't a problem at all, but we are active. Highly recommended!

The pool is fantastic. Very well maintained.l and enjoyed to the max by the whole family. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The newly installed air conditioning was an absolutely god send. The information booklet provided was excellent and we enjoyed eating at many of the restaurants recommend. ...loved the apartment ideal for 4 of us in a quiet area too. Lovely view from the balcony and we loved listening to the donkeys, goats and roosters in the mornings. We had a car, having a parking space was really helpful, although we always walked down to the beach front. The walk is approx 10mins, for those with mobility issues the last 150mtrs is up a steep hill and you'll have a number of stairs to climb from the pool area, this may be a challenge for you. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and comfortable, great having air conditioning as it was pretty hot when we stayed. The communal pool area was ideal, a good balance of sun and shade too. The pool was always clean when we swam and never busy, pretty much had it to ourselves. Really appreciate the communication from Frank and Andrea, always very helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment, it exceeded our expectations.

Andrea and Frank's apartment is a great base for enjoying Port de Sóller and exploring other parts of Mallorca. We found the apartment to be clean and well equipped. It is also large, well furnished and exactly like its photographs. The balcony is a good space, provides excellent views of the mountains and receives sun for most of the day. The centre of Port de Sóller is about a 10 minute walk. It doesn't have a large supermarket, but the stop for the bus to Sóller is a 5 minute walk away - it is also worth the trip to Sóller to explore it. As others have mentioned, the apartment building is up a reasonably steep hill. It will be fine for most, but worth noting for anyone with mobility issues. Lastly, Andrea and Frank are great hosts. Communication in advance of our arrival was very good. We were also grateful for Andrea meeting us for check in and showing us around the apartment. Would highly recommend.

Andrea and Frank's apartment was comfortable, spacious and well equipped, and made a fabulous base for us. it was a short walk to the Port, and the shops, restaurants, bus and tram were all within easy walking distance. The hill up to the apartment is steep, but walkable, and the pool area was amazing with lots of room for swimming and playing, and plenty of loungers and parasol's if you would prefer to sit by the pool instead. We must thank Andrea and Frank, who were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, they even provided a list of must try restaurants. we would recommend this apartment to anyone considering a holiday in Port de Soller.

...loved the apartment ideal for 4 of us in a quiet area too. Lovely view from the balcony and we loved listening to the donkeys, goats and roosters in the mornings. We had a car, having a parking space was really helpful, although we always walked down to the beach front. The walk is approx 10mins, for those with mobility issues the last 150mtrs is up a steep hill and you'll have a number of stairs to climb from the pool area, this may be a challenge for you. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and comfortable, great having air conditioning as it was pretty hot when we stayed. The communal pool area was ideal, a good balance of sun and shade too. The pool was always clean when we swam and never busy, pretty much had it to ourselves. Really appreciate the communication from Frank and Andrea, always very helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment, it exceeded our expectations.

Andrea and Frank's apartment is a great base for enjoying Port de Sóller and exploring other parts of Mallorca. We found the apartment to be clean and well equipped. It is also large, well furnished and exactly like its photographs. The balcony is a good space, provides excellent views of the mountains and receives sun for most of the day. The centre of Port de Sóller is about a 10 minute walk. It doesn't have a large supermarket, but the stop for the bus to Sóller is a 5 minute walk away - it is also worth the trip to Sóller to explore it. As others have mentioned, the apartment building is up a reasonably steep hill. It will be fine for most, but worth noting for anyone with mobility issues. Lastly, Andrea and Frank are great hosts. Communication in advance of our arrival was very good. We were also grateful for Andrea meeting us for check in and showing us around the apartment. Would highly recommend.

Andrea and Frank's apartment was comfortable, spacious and well equipped, and made a fabulous base for us. it was a short walk to the Port, and the shops, restaurants, bus and tram were all within easy walking distance. The hill up to the apartment is steep, but walkable, and the pool area was amazing with lots of room for swimming and playing, and plenty of loungers and parasol's if you would prefer to sit by the pool instead. We must thank Andrea and Frank, who were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, they even provided a list of must try restaurants. we would recommend this apartment to anyone considering a holiday in Port de Soller.

Port de Soller is just the perfect mix of sea and mountains and nice little port town and to enjoy all this the apartment is perfect: you can walk to the beach, nice restaurants and cafes and just as easily start hiking from the apartment . For further distances, the bus stop is not far. So there is no need for a car.
The view from the bedroom and the balcony is fantastic. We rarely ate in restaurants because we much preferred to cook at home and eat on the balcony. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Otherwise the apartment is nice and well furnished, we also found the bed comfortable. But what you have to consider: when walking from the town to the apartment, you have to go quite steeply uphill. It was fine for us, but it is also quite exhausting, e.g. with shopping or possibly a stroller. But then you also have the beautiful view. :-)

Frank & Andrea’s apartment is situated in a beautiful elevated location overlooking the mountains and a section of the bay. The apartment was very clean, with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The covered balcony offers fantastic views and had ample space for the 4 of us to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The lovely beach and several hiking trails are within walking distance, as are an extensive choice of very good restaurants and bars. The hosts offer a very warm welcome on arrival, and are quick to respond to any queries. An added unexpected bonus is the communal swimming pool with a choice of sun-loungers and chairs, as well as off-road parking. This is a great apartment and location for a holiday to one of the most picturesque areas on Mallorca. We will certainly be back!

This apartment is uphill from the port but worth it for the amazing views and quiet neighborhood. It’s right by the trail for Torre Picada and a 10 min walk to the Port area. Andrea was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment has a nice bright living room and balcony with views on mountains. No shampoo or soap but washing tablets were provided for the laundry machine. There is also access to a shared pool. The master bedroom has a big double/queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Parking available. We really enjoyed our stay. This apartment is a perfect base to explore the Soller area! Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. We were four adults and it is a good size if you plan to spend most of your time outside. The balcony is great for tapas and drinks. It is slightly removed from the town so it's not so busy in the neighborhood but more peaceful to walk around. Under 15 mins walk to the beach and the sea, with a small hill to climb. Andrea and Frank were highly communicative and informative - I would recommend this place very much

The apartment is lovely and has beautiful views over the hills behind the town. The balcony is a great place to sit and have breakfast or lunch - it gets morning sunshine and is shaded from lunchtime on so the apartment doesn't get too hot during the day. The walk into town is not a problem though the last section on the walk back is quite steep.Andrea was really helpful and came to let me check in early so that I could drop off the luggage and change after the journey and I then got out of the way so they could prepare the place.We were very happy with our stay, and we felt it was just the right size for 2 introverted adults who like there own space. I'm sure it would be equally great for a family of 4 but possibly not for 4 adults.

Lovely well maintained flat with everything you need. Great hosts who meet you at the door, you tell you all the things you need to know then let you get on with it. Fantastic communal pool (underplayed by the pictures) surrounded by stunning mountain views and gorgeous trees. Really amazing hill walks on your doorstep, shaded and (after initial effort up a track) with slow easy ascents to incredible views. And the first restaurant we came to a few minutes walk down the hill, was the best! Sol y Sombra. On the whole I've always enjoyed exploring a new place on holiday but if there's anyway I'd go backnowledged it's Andrea and Franks.

My husband, daughter and I have just returned from a fantastic week at this apartment. Delightful location, superb view and swimming pool which we mostly had to ourselves. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Frank was very accommodating and apartment had everything you could wish for. The walk to the beach is just under 10mins. We will definitely return.

Frank and Andrea are wonderful hosts. All of the communication was quick, clear, warm and welcoming. They really are the perfect hosts.
The flat is just as it looks in the pictures, no hidden surprises. It was warm and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was THE best equipped kitchen ever, what a joy. I particularly liked the fact that the small things were provided and enough to get us through the stay, toilet role, soap, washing up liquid. It is a pain to have to buy those things when you are away for a short trip and sometimes you do. There was even enough washing liquid for two loads of laundry - how thoughtful is that. That is at the heart of it, Frank and Andrea have thought of everything that you might need, to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
There is a fantastic view from the flat, but do be aware that it is up a hill. It was great to have off street parking available, as damaging a hire car is always a worry. We went at Easter and the weather can be changeable, but there are great heaters in the flat, so we were never chilly. There is a pool and a lovely balcony for when the weather is warmer. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spotless, plenty of extra bedding (all really nice quality). If you watch a lot of TV then you might want to think about that in advance as there is only one English channel on the TV. Wifi was super fast - happy teenagers. Port Soller is a lovely place to stay when on the island. It is busy during the day but then quieter in the mornings and the evenings when most of the visitors have gone. We stayed here for 5 nights whilst visiting our daughter and had a lovely comfortable stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and a complimentary bottle of water and wine awaited us on arrival. Frank was very helpful and accomodating and met us at the apartment and had the heating on as it was a little cool on that day.The view from the balcony is beautiful with plenty to look at but very restful on the eye and we did enjoy having breakfast out there. We didn't get to use the pool as it is not heated and April is still not warm enough but it was good to see that is was being maintained and did look very inviting.

Frank & Andrea are excellent hosts. Speedy communication, friendly, personable and flexible with a wealth of local knowledge. The apartment itself is kitted out to a very high standard, is well situated with a totally AMAZING vista from the terrace, overlooking the mountains and the sea. Breakfast here every morning is a must, as is a cooling drink after sunset, or even a nightcap. The accommodation is super-clean, very well equipped and is light, spacious and modern. Bedrooms are a good size with storage, and the master bedroom boasts a very generously sized, sturdy and comfortable double bed. The living room and kitchen are open plan, so on hot days you can open all the doors and the mountain breeze cools the entire apartment without the need for air-con. The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from the picturesque harbour and beach with all the shops, bars and restaurants and although the hill on which it's situated is not for the infirm, it's a calf tightening exercise if tackled more than twice a day! The apartment is in a residential area away from the noise, bustle and traffic of the harbour, but not too far out to prevent a walk home - even late at night the stars will guide you as there's so little light pollution. The pool attached to the apartment is also very clean and quiet, ideal to soak up the sun and have a snooze. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone and we will be definitely be returning. Thanks Frank & Andrea!

We are a family of four, including two boys aged 7 and 9. We stayed for two weeks at the end of July and had a great holiday. The apartment is well appointed, modern and clean. We loved the pool, which never got too busy and is a good size. The property is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Port de Soller, though we often opted for a €7 taxi ride back to the apartment in the evening. Fantastic views of the mountains from the balcony and we have to mention the air-con -- a relief given the temperature when we were there! Andrea and Frank were very helpful in answering our questions prior to our arrival and made themselves available during our stay (though were not needed as everything went so smoothly). We have no hesitation in recommmending.

Robert D.We stayed as a family of four and it ticked every box for us and was exactly as described on the website. It was excellent value for money and very clean. Some of the apartments in the block and this one did and we needed it in the summer! The pool was cleaned daily by a maintenance man and was never busy so we often had it to ourselves in the afternoons. The kitchen and sitting room is spacious and well equipped. The owners Frank and Andrea could not of been more helpful and met us on arrival to explain everything personally. We liked it so much we liked book again. One point to note is that there is a steep hill on the way back from Port de Soller and if you have young children it is recommended to hire a car (which we did) as there is lots of free parking in Port de Soller at the bottom of the hill.
